accepted insurances
We accept most major insurance plans. Because networks change, we recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm that our practice is in network with your specific plan.

Office Policies
late arrivals
Our office allows a 15 minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time for you to arrive. If you arrive later than 15 minutes past appointment time we will have to reschedule your appointment.
appointment cancellations
Appointments cancelled with in 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time are considered missed appointments and subject to a $35 missed appointment fee.
walk-ins
Our office does not see walk in visits. All appointments are by schedule only. We do offer same day appointments for sick or urgent care visits.

before your visit
When scheduling, our team will help you choose the right appointment type and let you know what forms or records to bring. Please have your insurance card, photo ID, and any prior medical records available if applicable.
during your first appointment
You’ll have dedicated time with your child’s provider to review medical history, growth and development, and any questions or concerns you may have. We believe visits should be collaborative and efficient, offering a focused and thorough space to discuss your child’s health and your parenting goals.
after your visit
You’ll leave with a clear plan, including follow-up timing, resources, and guidance tailored to your child’s needs. Our team is always available if questions come up after you get home.

Congratulations on your new arrival — this is such a special and exciting time. Caring for a newborn comes with many questions, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
At Here We Grow Pediatrics, newborn visits focus on making sure your baby is growing well, feeding successfully, and adjusting smoothly at home. We’ll review feeding, sleep, weight checks, jaundice concerns, and any questions you have — no concern is too small.
Our goal is to provide reassurance, practical guidance, and compassionate care so you feel confident as you settle into life with your baby. We’re honored to be part of your family’s journey from the very beginning.
